Anyone who knows me well, knows just how sentimental I am & how much I love traditions. Its been fun over the last few years as Ross & I have developed our own traditions that will hopefully continue for many many years. One tradition that I absolutely love is our annual "friendsgiving" dinner. The first year we did this was 4 years ago. Ross & I had just started dating. Malorie & I spent the day at his house while he worked & attempted to make a great thanksgiving dinner. Malorie rocked the turkey (as she always does every year), but the rest of it was pretty interesting. Like...mashed potatoes made in the blender. :) Needless to say though, it was an amazing night & is now something that I think we all look forward to every year. And I think our cooking has improved leaps and bounds every year..as have our matching dishes and serving platters thanks to wedding gifts :) Oh...and one other amazing part of the tradition...the boys always do the cleanup after the meal. thanks guys!
and now for a look at our tradition over the last few years & this year...
2010: Ross, Andy, & Charlie's house
2011: Pete & Sara's downtown house
2012: Ross & Julie's House
(unfortunately only have a picture of the table..oops)
2013: Pete & Sara's new house!!!
So thankful for these amazing friends & time around the table with them. Love this tradition & can't wait to continue it for years to come.
