a few of my favorite things

fall is one of my favorite things. I absolutely love this time of year. It might have something to do with my birthday being in October (and yes, I might really really like my birthday. More so than 26 year olds usually do or probably should). But, you have to admit, there is something wonderful about this time of year and the changing of seasons, right? So in honor of fall, I changed up our table center piece. Nothing too creative, but it makes me happy to see some fall love on the table every day. However, I really want some mini white pumpkins but can't seem to find them. Anyone seen those anywhere? 

another favorite thing lately....the room that we have been calling "the den." Aka, where all my favorite stuff is. We recently found chevron fabric and I had to stop myself from buying every single color. I stopped myself at 3. For now. 

and two more favorite things right now... our yellow doors & our milk can. We found the milk can at the allegan antique market, painted it black, and ross just made the decal to add the house numbers to it. 

ok, ok, one more favorite thing. Shutterfly albums. I started making these years ago when scrapbooking became too difficult to keep up with, and ever since, they have sent me tons of coupons for free or almost free books. For my latest free book, I made one of our honeymoon pictures from California. I know I am no where near a designer and would be lost trying to use illustrator to create something like this, but I really love pretending to be a designer on shutterfly.
